Open Parcel Before Payment

We offer an Open Parcel Before Payment facility. Customers are encouraged to inspect their parcel before making payment to the courier.

If there is any issue with the product, such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.

We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

Refunds
